Customer Service Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Service team. We’re looking for a results-focused individual with strong account and relationship management skills to work collaboratively with our Area Sales Managers and help drive company growth.

The role centres around providing an excellent customer experience, maintaining and developing existing accounts, and identifying new sales opportunities in a fast-moving market. It’s also a great entry point into the business — previous team members have progressed into more specialist roles over time.

A background in the cycle or fitness industry is a distinct advantage, as is an understanding of online sales environments. Above all, we’re looking for someone with a determination to succeed and a passion for cycling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, online messaging, or telephone
  • Check and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Advise customers on product requirements, promotions, and new launches
  • Process customer payments and manage account queries
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and grow sales across all channels
  • Support sales and service initiatives aligned with company targets for revenue and profitability
  • Assist with sales office administration, CRM updates, and website notifications

Skills and Experience

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
  • Avid cyclist or strong interest in the cycling and fitness industry
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in the bicycle trade is highly desirable
