Enervit Sport R2 Recovery Drink is a recovery product with carbohydrates, branched chain amino acids, L-Glutamine to fuel your body in a speedy recovery. Enervit R2 Recovery Drink is also a source of vitamin C, that contributes to fatigue and tiredness reduction and aid normal energy metabolism and of vitamin B6 that contributes to the normal protein and glycogen metabolism and helps to protect cells from oxidation stress.
Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense and/or prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen reserves in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is obtained through consuming carbohydrates from all sources to equal in total to 4 g per kg of body weight, with an intake in doses to be started within the first 4 hours after intense and/or prolonged physical exercise that involves muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen reserves in skeletal muscles and to be concluded within 6 hours after such exercise.

How To Use
Prepare a portion by dissolving 50 g of product (corresponding to about 3 scoops) in 350 ml of water. Take one serving immediately after intense and prolonged sports activity. Shake well in a water bottle.
