The Knipex 74 12 180 High Leverage Diagonal Cutters are designed for heavy-duty, continuous use, offering high cutting performance with minimal effort. Made from chrome vanadium heavy-duty steel, they are forged and multi-stage oil-hardened for durability. The precision cutting edges are induction-hardened to approx. 64 HRC, allowing them to cut medium-hard wire up to 3.8 mm, hard wire up to 2.7 mm, and piano wire up to 2.2 mm. The multi-component comfort handles provide an ergonomic grip, reducing strain during prolonged use. With an optimised cutting edge angle and transmission ratio, these cutters deliver clean, precise cuts with minimal effort.
