When you need to take in carbohydrates during exercise Enervit Carbo Tablets is the ideal product to take with you and consume at regular intervals. A mix of carbohydrates, vitamins, and magnesium to sustain you during your running or cycling sessions and provide you with the nutrients you need while the tablets melt in your mouth. Convenient, isn't it?

How To Use

Tablets dissolve slowly in the mouth, each tablet provides about 15 kcal. Take from 6 up to a maximum of 13 tablets according to the intensity and duration of the activity (13 tablets in case of intense and sustained physical exertion). 9 tablets a day are a source of pantothenic acid (0.9 mg) which contributes to fatigue and tiredness reduction and to normal energy metabolism.

Put on the trousers and put the suspenders and the bottom of the leg in place so that there are no creases, the feeling once the shorts are worn must be of slight adherence.
Keep the shorts on for a few minutes by bending your legs, and getting into bike position, then try to pinch the fabric in the thigh area and if once the fabric is released the Lycra returns to its position then you have tried the suitable size to you.
If, on the other hand, you feel an unpleasant sensation of rubbing or constriction, or if the seams or the straps are too tight, try the higher size.
Alé pads do not require the use of creams because they are soft and comfortable and are designed to be worn next to the skin without any intermediate layer.
