It is an aesthetic manifesto, a tribute to the raw, rebellious energy of underground culture and to the timeless aesthetics of the 1980s and 90s: acid colours that beat to the rhythm of a rave party, feisty lines that conjure up a sense of pure speed, and a design that defies convention.
Developed through extensive wind tunnel testing and simulation, the Rave SLR ID2 features a newly sculpted SLR carbon frame that saves 5.3 watts at 35 km/h - translating into real-world gains over race distances. Its geometry is tuned for aggressive off-road handling, with a compact wheelbase and short rear triangle for explosive acceleration. The frame accommodates tyres up to 52 mm wide, offering grip and comfort across technical gravel and dirt routes.
Due to its high-module carbon frame, its optimised aerodynamics and its racing geometry, the Rave SLR ID2 delivers direct and effective power transmission. Perfect for those competing on the UCI Gravel Series circuit or for those who simply want the best in terms of performance.

SPEED Velocity and responsiveness
Months of work in the wind tunnel and simulator to devise conceptually new tubes that reduce air resistance and improve off-road efficiency at higher speeds. At 35 km/h, there is an instant saving of 5.3 watts. Over a 70 km route at ~350 W average, that translates to a saving of over 50 seconds. SLR carbon frame with an optimised structure for rigidity-to-weight, delivering direct power transfer and control on all terrain. Due to its high-module carbon frame, optimised aerodynamics and racing geometry, the Rave SLR ID2 delivers direct and effective power transmission. |
